All orders are custom made and shipped via USPS usually arriving within 7 days of placing your order. Because your garment is custom made, it may take up to 4 days for manufacturing and 2-3 days in transit. Please see our Shipping Policy for additional information.
We accept returns under the following conditions listed below within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is in the same condition in which you received it. If you've washed, worn, or otherwise used the item, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange. Please see our Return Policy for additional information.
- Damaged merchandise (e.g. ripped, faulty stitching, etc.…)
- Misprints and printing errors
- Received wrong Item
We do not accept returns if you have ordered the wrong size. Twin Flames Apparel offers garments for both slim and relaxed cuts, thus each garment type (racerback, flowy, relaxed, fitted, etc…) fits differently.
Due to our manufacturing process, it is important you choose the correct garment size as listed in the SIZE CHART for each shirt type.
